Section 1

General Terms of Use

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the 75bat platform, accessible at 75bat.app and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"). The entity operating this Platform is referred to herein as "75bat", "we", "us", or "our". Users of the Platform are referred to as "you", "your", or "Player".

By registering an account, accessing any game, placing any bet, or making any deposit or withdrawal on the 75bat Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand their content, and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

75bat reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time and without prior notice. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the platform interface or the email address registered on the account. Continued use of the Platform following any such update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

• These Terms apply to all users regardless of location within Bangladesh, including Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Rajshahi, Khulna, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, and Cox's Bazar.
• Use of the Platform for any unlawful purpose is strictly prohibited.
• 75bat reserves the right to refuse service to any individual at its sole discretion.
• These Terms are written in English. In the event of any dispute regarding interpretation, the English-language version shall prevail.
• If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Section 2

Age Restriction & Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use the 75bat Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

1. Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. 75bat operates a strict zero-tolerance policy with respect to underage gambling. We may request documentary proof of age at any time, and accounts where age cannot be verified will be suspended until verification is complete.
2. Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You must not be acting under any legal restriction that would prevent you from entering into contracts or engaging in gambling activities.
3. Single Account: You may hold only one registered account on the 75bat Platform. Operating multiple accounts is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them.
4. Voluntary Participation: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by 75bat or any other platform, at the time of registration or during the period of your account activity.
5. Not Employed by 75bat: Employees, contractors, consultants, and their immediate family members are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in any games or betting markets offered on the Platform.

75bat uses a combination of automated and manual verification procedures to confirm player eligibility. Providing false information during registration — including falsifying date of birth — constitutes fraud and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

Section 3

Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of 75bat services — including deposits, withdrawals, game play, and sports betting — you must register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account details and must update them promptly if any information changes.

Account security is a shared responsibility. 75bat implements industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption, OTP-based verification flows, session monitoring, and automatic timeout on inactive sessions. However, you are equally responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.

• Password Security: You must choose a strong, unique password for your 75bat account and must not share it with any third party under any circumstances.
• Account Responsibility: You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not you authorised that activity. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact 75bat support immediately via live chat.
• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration and any subsequent identity verification must be truthful, accurate, and complete. Submitting falsified documents is a criminal matter and will be treated as such.
• KYC Verification: 75bat may request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation at any stage — including government-issued photo ID and proof of payment method ownership — to comply with anti-money laundering obligations and to protect the integrity of the Platform.
• Account Transfer: Player accounts are strictly non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or pledge your account or any interest in it to any other party.
• Notifications: By registering, you consent to receive account-related communications from 75bat via the contact details provided. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

Section 4

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 75bat Platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. 75bat does not accept cash transactions, cryptocurrency payments, or third-party account transfers.

The following financial terms apply to all player accounts on the 75bat Platform:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though enhanced due diligence may apply to high-volume deposits.
• Deposit Processing: Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to the player wallet in real time upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. Visa and Mastercard deposits may take up to 15 minutes to reflect.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 15–30 minutes during standard operating hours (06:00–24:00 Bangladesh Standard Time). Requests submitted outside these hours will be processed at the start of the next business window.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Payment Method Matching: Withdrawals must be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. This requirement exists to comply with anti-money laundering obligations and to protect players from unauthorised fund diversion.
• Verification Prior to Withdrawal: 75bat reserves the right to require full KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. Accounts with incomplete verification may have withdrawal requests held until the process is finalised.
• No Fees: 75bat does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, which are outside 75bat's control.
• Dormant Account Funds: Funds in accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to an administrative maintenance fee, as set out in the dormant account policy communicated at the time of account creation.

Section 5

Bonuses & Promotions

75bat offers a range of promotions and bonuses to eligible players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers tied to events such as BPL season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and the T20 World Cup. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated at the point of the individual offer.

1. Eligibility: Bonuses are available to registered, verified players aged 18 and above. Unless stated otherwise, each bonus is available once per player, household, IP address, device, and payment method.
2. Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the individual promotion terms. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the stated wagering requirement has been fully met. The specific multiplier and eligible games will be stated in the promotion details.
3. Expiry: Bonus offers and free spins expire within the timeframe stated in the promotion. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are forfeited. 75bat will not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.
4. Prohibited Strategies: Participation in promotions using strategies designed to exploit bonus terms — including but not limited to low-risk hedging bets, matched betting across markets, or coordinated group play — is strictly prohibited. 75bat reserves the right to void bonus winnings and suspend accounts where such activity is detected.
5. Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus: Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the individual promotion terms, the maximum amount that may be withdrawn as winnings generated from a bonus is ৳20,000 or 5x the bonus value, whichever is lower.
6. Modification and Withdrawal of Offers: 75bat reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. This includes the right to adjust wagering requirements, eligible games, or maximum bonus amounts.
7. Errors: In the event that a bonus is credited due to a technical error, 75bat reserves the right to reclaim the incorrectly credited amount, including any winnings generated from it.

Section 6

Fair Play & Game Rules

75bat is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and enjoyable gaming environment for all players. All games available on the Platform are sourced from internationally certified providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each provider maintains independent third-party certification of their random number generator (RNG) systems and published return-to-player (RTP) rates.

The following fair play rules apply to all game types available on the 75bat Platform:

• Game Outcomes: All slot and table game outcomes are determined by independently certified RNG software. 75bat does not modify game software, alter RTP rates, or interfere with any game outcome. The outcome you see is the outcome the provider's certified system generated.
• Sports Betting Integrity: All sports betting odds are set and managed in accordance with standard market practices. In the event of a proven match-fixing incident or an event voided by the relevant sporting body, all bets on the affected market will be voided and stakes returned.
• Collusion: Any attempt to collude with other players, with 75bat staff, or with game providers to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited. Accounts found to be involved in collusion will be permanently closed.
• Automated Play: The use of bots, scripts, macros, or any automated software to interact with the Platform is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or connection failure that affects game integrity, 75bat reserves the right to void the affected round or rounds and return stakes to the player wallet. Winnings generated during a confirmed malfunction may not be honoured.
• Disconnections: 75bat is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of network disconnections on the player's side. Game round results logged on the server at the time of disconnection are considered final.

Section 7

Account Suspension & Closure

75bat reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to the following:

• Breach of Terms: Any material or repeated breach of these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, or the Responsible Gaming Policy.
• Fraudulent Activity: Any use of the Platform in connection with fraud, money laundering, identity theft, payment chargebacks, or other financial crimes.
• Underage Gambling: Evidence or reasonable suspicion that a player is under 18 years of age. The account will be suspended immediately and all funds frozen pending investigation.
• Multiple Accounts: Operation of more than one player account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Abuse of Promotions: Exploitation of bonus offers, referral programmes, or any other promotion in a manner inconsistent with these Terms.
• Threatening Behaviour: Any abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct directed at 75bat staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Self-Exclusion Request: At the player's own request under the responsible gaming self-exclusion programme. Self-excluded accounts cannot be reopened during the elected exclusion period.

In the event of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited. Real-money balances may be returned to the player subject to the completion of any outstanding investigation and full KYC verification, at 75bat's sole discretion.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account for responsible gaming reasons are encouraged to contact support via live chat and request a self-exclusion or account closure. Section 8

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 75bat, its directors, employees, contractors, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity conducted on the Platform in accordance with these Terms.
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond 75bat's reasonable control.
• Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in third-party game software or sports data feeds.
• Unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to maintain adequate password security.
• Financial losses resulting from your misunderstanding or misinterpretation of bonus terms, wagering requirements, or game rules.
• Actions taken by payment providers, including delayed or failed transactions.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit 75bat's liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law. 75bat does not seek to limit liability for death or personal injury arising from its negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with applicable law.
